Innovate Web Designs Ltd ("us", "we", or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to adhere to the same principles. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address claims of copyright infringement that are reported using our service, through our Designated Copyright Agent as outlined in the sample notice provided below.

• * "I affirm that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of, the owner, of the copyright or an exclusive right under the copyright that is claimed to be infringed."
• 5. Supply your complete legal name along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be advised that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face liability.

If you believe that your content that was removed (or for which access was denied) is not infringing, or that you have permission from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law, to post and use the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following details to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your electronic or physical signature;
• 2. Description of the content that was removed or to which access was disabled and the location where the content appeared prior to its removal or disabling;
• 3. A statement affirming your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or a misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in Seychelles, and a statement confirming that you will accept service from the person who submitted the original notification of the alleged infringement.

If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward a copy of it to the original complainant to inform them that we may restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a legal action requesting a court order against the content provider or user, the content may be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days or more at our discretion.

Pursuant to the DMCA and other applicable legislation, we have established a policy that allows for the termination, at our discretion, of users found to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of users who violate any intellectual property rights, regardless of whether or not such violations are repeated.
